Join Gear One, one of the leading machine shops for CNC and manual gearing in North America. Due to our growth, we're constantly on the lookout for qualified professionals to add to our team. The following is a list of positions:

CNC Machinists

Candidate must have experience setting up and operating various manufactures' CNC mills and lathes, tooling experience, and the ability to multi-task. Successful candidate will be able to follow plans, drawings and keep
production schedules. Candidate should be able to meet plant wide standards and goals.

Welders

Candidate must be capable of executing welds in all positions, with all types of metals (particularly Aluminum and Steel) in various shapes, including pipes, plates, sheetmetal, bar stock, machinery, and equipment. The candidate must possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and ability to work from blueprints, drawings, and manuals. The candidate must have knowledge of the proper use of shop and installation tools and procedures.

Assemblers

Candidate duties will include rear hub assembly, front caliper assembly, other product assembly and other general shop duties. General duties include shipping, general cleaning and maintaining shop inventory.
